We have carefully chosen materials made of EN grade 4 hardened steel which offers resistance to tampering and corrosion. The shackle, the most vulnerable part of any padlock, is made from high-quality boron steel, providing exceptional resistance to cutting and breaking. The outer external plastic cover is made of glass filled nylon making it versatile and durable material suitable for demanding applications across various industries. Its enhanced properties makes it a popular choice for parts requiring high strength, thermal stability, and wear resistance.

Yes, the padlock is weatherproof and designed for use outdoors. For more info refer brochure.
All communication occurs through Bluetooth low energy and all data is secured using AES 256 encryption standards.
We have developed a proprietary algorithm wherein you could use dynamically generated Pin code to operate the padlock during no network coverage area. Typically, PIN code can be obtained by calling your company’s customer admin or our support center.
We use 850mAh CR2 battery and is easily available in all major stores. We have tested our battery to last for 5000 operation cycles. Typically with 4 to 8 lock operations a day, the battery will last for about a year and half. You can also contact us if you need us to supply the batteries.

Yes, Bluetooth padlocks are designed with robust security features, including encryption and secure pairing, to prevent unauthorized access. However, like any smart device, it's important to keep the app and firmware up to date for maximum security.
Our Bluetooth padlocks offer features an auto relock feature that when enabled, after a specified time will relock the padlock. (Note*: Shackle is still inside the shackle hole and not removed out)
Yes, multiple users can have access to a single BLE padlock and operate the padlock. As an example, the padlock can be used to secure a front door building that will require access by multiple users. Using our web portal, access can be granted to multiple users to operate the padlock.
Typically, a smartphone is required to operate the lock, as it connects via Bluetooth.
